The suites
Every guest has a private suite of their own, and no two suites are dressed alike.
These are just a few of our suites. Every one is different. See boarding details and questions →
Days of play, and a spa for after.
The daycares
Two indoor, air‑conditioned playrooms, one for small dogs and one for large, with rest built into every day so dogs go home happy, not wired.
The spa
Hand grooming in custom tubs tiled in mother of pearl, with organic, hand‑made shampoos from local makers. We take a limited number of dogs each day so no one is rushed.
You’ll never have to wonder how their day went.
Photos are part of our care. Every weekday, you’ll receive a report card with photos of your dog and a summary of their day. On weekends, report cards are sent as our schedule allows.

General Recap:
Biscuit had the best Tuesday! She did zoomies with her friends all morning, took a long nap in her suite after lunch, and finished the day with belly rubs at the front desk.
My Best Of The Best Bestie Today:
Waffles! They played tag until they both flopped down for a nap.
Comments From Uptown Auntie:
She greets us with a full-body wiggle every single morning. We are obsessed. See you tomorrow, Biscuit!

“Come as our guest, leave as family.”
When we traveled, we never chose the biggest name. We looked for the small, charming hotels worth coming back to, and built Uptown Paw on the same idea. Every decision, from the tile in our tubs to how many guests we accept, comes back to one question: would we want this for our own dogs?

Why we don’t offer tours.
Uptown Paw is small on purpose. Our suites and playrooms are home to guests who are resting, settling in, or still getting to know us, and some arrive with trust issues of their own.
Strangers walking through the house is disruptive for them and can turn a calm space into an anxious one, especially for dogs who are new to us and still adjusting. So we keep the house quiet and closed to visitors.

Before you book
Please have everything below ready. Without it, we’re unable to schedule your dog’s temperament evaluation, which every new guest completes before their first stay or daycare day.
- Current vaccines, with records from your vet: Rabies, DHPP (distemper/parvo) and Bordetella. Leptospirosis is not required, but we highly recommend it.
- A negative fecal test for Giardia within the last 6 months
- Free of fleas and ticks
- Free of any symptoms, including suspected allergies. Coughing, sneezing or runny eyes can be an undiagnosed upper respiratory infection, so please wait until your vet has cleared your dog.
- Senior dogs in good health must be pre‑approved with clearance from your vet. For their own safety, we’re unable to accept dogs with severe health issues.
- Your online profile completed: owner profile, pet profile and the signed Uptown Paw agreement
Dogs over 6 months who aren’t spayed or neutered: $10 per day or night. We can’t accept females in heat.
